New features have been added to the Point Spread Rankings and the team comparisons for Hockey and Basketball. Now you can rank teams based on a limited number of days: 10, 20, 30, 45 and 90 days back. For example if you are comparing two NHL teams, you can now see how they rank within the last 10 days to determine a winner. In fact if you really want to pick winners in the NHL, look at how the teams played in the last 10 days and compare the Pyth (Pythagorean Expectation) and goals allowed between the home team and road team. Chances are that the team with the better Pyth will win. |
